Office Hours

• daily 7a.m. until 9 p.m.

Check-In / Check-Out

• check-in time is anytime after 3 p.m. - or by special arrangement with managment 
• check-out time is 11 a.m. - or again, by special arrangement
• for late check-in's, please notify us on the day of the reservation by 6 p.m.

Deposit / Cancellation

• at the time of booking, all reservations must include a credit card deposit security. 
• guests may choose to pay their deposit via credit card, cash, personal cheque or Paypal email transfer.
• standard deposit is $300 per cabin, for weekly reservations - $100 or a sum equal one nights accommodation (whichever is greater) for nightly stays.
• all deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with our guests to ensure their satisfaction.

Pets

• all pets are welcome at the Rod & Reel - and there is no additional fee.
• one rule - please do not leave your pets unattended in the cabins for any length of time.

Guest Laundry

• there is a guest laundy area on-site - available for a minimal fee.
